Caregiver Strain Index flow

Introduction

The CSI is a 13-item objective questionnaire designed to assess level of stress experienced by the informal caregivers[1].

The Caregiver Strain Index flow contains the Caregiver Strain Index (CSI) questionnaire and associated calculation. After form submission, the Caregiver Strain Index calculation is executed automatically. It's easy to extend this flow with conditional logic based on the interpretation of the Caregiver Strain Index calculation.
