Modified Caregiver Strain Index (Modified CSI) Clinical Workflow

Modified Caregiver Strain Index flow

Introduction

The Modified Caregiver Strain Index (MCSI) is an easy-to-use tool that can quickly screen for caregiver strain in long-term caregivers. The tool has 13 questions that measure strain related to care provision[1].

The Modified Caregiver Strain Index flow contains the Modified Caregiver Strain Index (Modified CSI) questionnaire and associated calculation. After form submission, the Modified Caregiver Strain Index calculation is executed automatically. It's easy to extend this flow with conditional logic based on the interpretation of the Modified Caregiver Strain Index calculation.
