Symptom Checklist-90 flow
The SCL-90 is a multidimensional psychopathology indicator, which reflects the extent to which the subject suffered from various psychological and/or physical complaints in the past period.
The Symptom Checklist-90 flow contains the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) questionnaire and associated calculation. After form submission, the Symptom Checklist-90 calculation is executed automatically. It's easy to extend this flow with conditional logic based on the interpretation of the Symptom Checklist-90 calculation.

Questions and Scoring
The SCL-90 has 90 items each rated on a five-point scale from 1 (Not at All) to 5 (Extremely).
The 90 items are divided into 9 dimensions:
- Agoraphobia
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Somatization
- Cognitive-Performance Deficits (Insufficiëntie van denken en handelen)
- Interpersonal Sensitivity (Wantrouwen en interpersoonlijke sensitiviteit (SEN)
- Hostility
- Sleep difficulties
- Additional items
