The covid-19 pathway helps to take pressure of the already stressed healthcare systems by supporting patients before they contact caregivers and by following up on patients after a visit to a GP or hospital.
The pathway can be started on a care organisation’s website and provides the first advice to patients based on a screening of the patient’s symptoms. Additionally, it follows up closely on patients after a visit to a caregiver with daily questionnaires to ensure patients can recover at home without assistance.
