Patina and Awell partner to coordinate, automate and standardize care delivery

Philadelphia, April 13th, 2023 - Patina, a relationship-centered primary care provider who is reinventing primary care for people 65 and older, and Awell, a no-code platform to design and improve clinical workflows, today announced their partnership to accelerate Patina’s mission to improving the healthcare and aging experience for older adults.

The partnership will enable Patina to deliver consistent patient experiences and improve the quality of care. Using Awell’s no-code platform, Patina will build, operate and improve clinical workflows for various processes, including patient intake, care coordination and patient engagement.
